Meet the Team

  • Mike Harmeling

    FOUNDER

    Mike has been the owner of Premier Window and Door since its beginning in 2013. He currently lives in Grand Junction with his wife, Cassie and three children.

  • Kyle Ahlberg

    LEAD INSTALLER

    I grew up in Grand Junction from the age of 13.  Always having an affection for the mountains and wilderness of Western Colorado.

    I started my career in the HVAC field and worked in it for 12 years. Since then, I have been in the Window and Door industry for 9 years, exclusively working for Premier Window and Door. I have worked for Mike for 9 years and have known him for nearly 10. I can vouch for his devotion to his family, employees and customers.  

    We have done many fun projects together, but I would say the greatest satisfaction is any job where the customer is happy with the product and the outcome of our work.  The greatest motivation for me is to provide the best service possible.

    Outside of work, I like to camp and spend time with my family. We love to fish, hike, bike, hunt and explore this beautiful state.  I am deeply devoted to my faith, family, and friends. I am an avid reader and lover of learning, trying to grow every day into a better person.

    Overall, I love what I do.  I truly believe we have a special company and work ethic.  We have built this company on trust and hard work.  I feel blessed to be in such a position to provide for the needs of our Western Slope customers.
